No-Hassle Returns

We are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. It's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.

If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a the refund within 15 days.

Instructions: (you might want to print this page)

1. Merchandise Return Label
   
   1. If you can print from your computer
      click here for the prepaid return label.
   2. To receive a prepaid return label from us by email or fax, email your request to orderproblem@iBeauty.com or call us toll free at 1-800-439-5506, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Make sure to include your order # and reason for the return in your email or when you call.
2. Write Your Return Address
   On the prepaid label, write your address in the space provided in the upper-left hand corner of the label, after the word "FROM."
3. Return Reason
   Find the reason for your return on the following list and write the corresponding letter next to the item number on the original packing slip:

   "M" - Received an item that was not ordered
   "D" - Item was broken or damaged
   "W" - Ordered the wrong item
   "C" - Did not like item or changed mind
   "P" - Found lower price item elsewhere
   "O" - Other (please explain)

4. Packing
   Pack the items to be returned in a box with sufficient packing to avoid damage. Please make sure glass items are not touching each other or the insides of the box. Insert the original packing slip and affix the Merchandise Return Label securely to the top of the package.

5. Return Mail
   Give the package to your U.S. mail carrier or take it to your nearest post office for delivery.
