I have problem skin and I get hideous razor burn every time I shave. I have been using this pre-shave scrub once every day for two weeks, whether I am shaving or not, and my razor burn is nearly cleared up! This stuff can do what those perscription creams can't!

This is a great product. It leaves my skin feeling very clean and refreshed. The consistency of the scrub is not as rough as some other scrubs I've tried. It's a good product overall, but it does leave my skin feeling a smidge dry. Still, I'd buy it again.

I love the refreshment of a facial scrub, but have had a hard time finding one I can use every day that doesn't feel like sandpaper, leaving my skin too dry or scruffed up. The usual drugstore products with walnut shell are harsh. Desert Essence uses almond meal and the difference is night and day to me. The cream base is very cooling and smoothing, with no greasy film, and the most delightful fragrance...sweet almondy-cream. I struggled with oily skin as a youth; now I go from dry to oily depending on the day, and this product is the perfect mediary for my complexion. Drier complexions could use it every other day. This is the product that brought me to MotherNature.com, so I could stock up cheaply!
