Add a handful of Footherapy Salts to a basin or tub of comfortably - hot water. Immerse your feet in this soothing bath and relax. While soaking, flex your foot muscles and spread and massage your toes. Soak for about ten minutes longer if needed. After removing feet from bath, pat off with a soft towel. Use as often as desired.

Recommend:
Open one pouch and add salts to a basin or tub of comfortably hot water. Immerse your feet and the special buffer into the solution. Soak and relax for at least ten minutes. While soaking, flex your foot muscles and spread and massage your toes. Towel dry your feet and immediately use the wet buffer to gently buff away rough places.
