I've use many more expensive products in the past...Until I bought my first tube of Dr. Nelson's. I will never use another product again. This is such a great product and just a little goes a long way. I use it only over trouble spots and it works in a few hours. Best to use at night and you'll see the difference in the morning!

Lisa Brashear I've struggled with bad acne since puberty [I'm now 38]. I've tried everything - radiation treatments, every over-the-counter and prescription topical and oral medication - yes, even THREE complete treatments with the [allegedly] sure-fire ACCUTANE! And the acne kept coming back! A couple years ago I switched to all natural and organic skin care and cosmetics - and that helped. So I was trying out different natural acne products when I came across Nelson's - and it works GREAT! I use it at least once a day. The best things about are that it doesn't affect the application of foundation or powder, it doesn't have an odor, it doesn't discolor fabrics, and it WORKS! I highly recommend it!

I like to use natural products so I thought I would try this- but it didn't work on my aggravated acne- didn't really make my acne worse, but didn't stop new acne from forming either.

Desperate Mom No More After 3 yrs of using one product after another whether from upscale dept stores, direct sales, grocery store and/or over-the-counter products, finally something that REALLY WORKS AND FAST. I noticed results the first day after my daughter used it. I also notice within one day if she has not used it. I highly recommend this product and will stock up when it goes on sale.

Sarah G. I tried this for my monthly breakouts and it works great. I do notice that if I aply to my times in a day my face will dry out more. I also love the fact of the price is so great since such a little amout will go a long way.

I can feel it tingle as it begins to work. It does not dry out the spot or cause it to flake. It just sends the pimple away. No need to squeeze.

Works so much better than doctor's prescription
I would definitely have to say that no one should be going to the dermatologist anymore and if you've tried absolutely everything, you definitely need to try this. As a person fighting the enemy of acne, I've found that buying this product has just about ended this war. The creams and drugs that dermatologists prescribe always make your acne worse before it even starts to get better. The first day I tried Nelson's Acne Gel I noticed a suprising amount of difference in the appearence and texture of my skin and it was definitely a good thing. It even worked on my back and shoulders. Makeup goes on easier and smoother and it's just an all out awesome product. So forget your dermatologist and come here. sincerly, One happy Person

I am a 50-year-old woman who developed adult-onset acne in her late 30s. It took about five years before my skin became less oily and breakouts were minimal; on occasion, however, a breakout will occur. I found Nelsons Acne Gel on the MotherNature.com website. I ordered it and discovered that it does exactly what I expected. It dries up the breakouts almost overnight! Women of my age have enough to deal with--acne should not be one of them. I highly recommend this to all adults who suffer from occasional breakouts. It's not greasy and blends well and clear on your skin. My skin did not peel, mainly because I applied it directly to the trouble spot and not the entire face. I would suppose this remedy is also highly effective on teenage acne. What have you got to lose? Give it a try.

I just started using this and it seems to work well. I like the way it smells and the way it makes my face tingle. It does seem a little drying so I would suggest using a real thin layer.
I get occasional acne breakouts and I am always on the lookout for new products. I found this one to work very well in clearing up my breakouts, although the smell takes about twenty minutes to go away after applying it.
Effective, non-irritating product.
I'm a 24-year-old female and I've had acne since my early teens. I've tried virtually every type of topical medication--benzoyl peroxide makes my skin dry, tight, and flaky; salicylic acid doesn't work at all; prescription medications are only minimally to moderately effective, cost a lot, and caused some irritation. I have experienced very little dryness using Nelson's Acne Gel, and it works better than anything I've used before. Last, but not least, it's all natural AND inexpensive! You've got nothing to lose by trying this product!

I was pleasantly surprised. It worked pretty well at clearing up my skin. It was a little drying, but it was worth it. The only major problem I had with the product was that 1.7 oz. won't last you too long if you're using it twice a day and twice a day is really the most effective.
Nelson's acne gel is a useful addition to the other natural products I use on my skin.
I am a person who is very picky about what I use on my skin. I am always on the lookout for good quality, reasonably priced skin care. I found Nelson's acne gel while searching Mother Nature for a product to clear up my mild, ocassional breakouts. I'll admit that what first got my attention was the great price. After reading the all natural ingredient list, I knew I had to try it. When I told my sister about it, she ordered some for both of us. It has been about a week and I am pleased with the product. The only thing I see as a drawback, is that it was a little too drying for my sensitive skin. Fortunately, that problem was fixed when I reduced my application to once a day instead of twice and used a moisturizer. This product works better and is less irritating than most drugstore acne products I've tried. I will be buying this again. I would recommend Nelson's Acne Gel to anyone who wants to clear up the occasional pimple or two with a natural alternative.
